ECHO CHALET has been “FULL-LINE” dealership ( sales and service) for Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors for OVER 50 YEARS!
Since 2006, we have been a certified “SERVICE-ONLY” dealership, and can provide routine servicing as well as trouble-shooting and warranty work on all Bombardier – Evinrude products. In 2016 Tom and Tyler attended a week-long, hands-on, intensive Bombardier training course in Racine, Wisconsin. The “2016 Outboard Certification Course” was designed to make technicians think in a critical fashion, and to solve challenging “problems” created by the Bombardier staff. Participants had to individually work through over 30 “stations” comprised of trouble-shooting, repair, mechanical techniques and diagnostic procedures. They are both “Certified Technicians” for Bombardier products.
“E-TEC” engines are direct-cylinder injected two stroke engines which meet, or exceed, CARB and TRPA standards. Unfortunately, Bombardier (BRP) has ceased manufacturing these superb engines. Parts and accessories should remain available for several more years.
Many of you have inquired about Honda, Mercury, and other brand-name products. As of this time, we have not sought relationships with other marine manufacturers, and cannot directly order parts, or provide any warranty-type service for other brands.
